MASSAGE: In the infrequent cases of unused appointments, our therapists will post announcements about availability or appointment swaps. Additionally, if one or two sessions go unfilled, appointments are missed, or clients are late, MassageLogic will still charge for that service.
YOGA: Your company will designate the class maximum for each yoga session. The yoga instructor is paid for the class, not by the amount of people in attendence.

✔︎ Our practitioners will abide by and uphold company standards of practice with regard to cleanliness, hygiene, and precautions in order to maintain the health and wellbeing of their employees, vendors, and visitors.
✔︎ MassageLogic practitioners are committed to acting in accordance with all applicable health codes and regulations in order to maintain their own personal safety and the safety of their clients.
✔︎ Our practitioners vow to adhere to the ethical and professional standards and practices put forth by our national and state massage agencies when providing any contracted service on site at any public agency or corporate office.

✔︎ Clients will have access to a single surface that will remain uncluttered and void of food, beverages, magazines, or any materials that will make the surface difficult to disinfect before and after each client.
✔︎ MassageLogic will not require a waiting or reception area for clients, but will instead pre-schedule each client and provide enough time between appointments to ensure limited exposure between clients and allow for practitioners to disinfect their work areas (surfaces and door handles), massage equipment, and supplies.
✔︎ Practitioners will provide hand sanitizer for clients to use before and after every session, no-touch garbage cans, and tissues for practice of respiratory, cough etiquette, and avoiding treatment room door knobs.
✔︎ Clients and Practitioners will wear masks at all times.
✔︎ MassageLogic will post CDC posters informing practitioners and clients of respiratory and hand hygiene, cough and respiratory etiquette, social distancing, and Covid-19 symptoms.
✔︎ When our wellness rooms are small and without windows MassageLogic will provide a HEPA air filtration system.
✔︎ Clients will be asked to fill out a health intake form from their personal computers prior to each session, which will prompt them to avoid massage services if they are exhibiting symptoms that may signal potential infection. Clients will be required to forego their scheduled massage, yoga, or any group sessions if they are exhibiting signs of infection.
✔︎ Practitioners exhibiting symptoms of infection will be required to stay home or leave work immediately if they experience a sudden onset of any of the known symptoms.
✔︎At the close of every work day, practitioners will thoroughly vacuum floors and disinfect their equipment, supplies, doors, and work surfaces.

- Each client will receive a clean sheet and face cover with every session.
- Each room will have doors and windows open when possible or a HEPA filter when natural ventilation is not possible.
- Practitioners will vacuum and wipe down all surfaces at the end of each work day.
