HELPFUL REMINDERS FOR PRACTICING YOGA & MASSAGE

YOGA

  • Practice slowly and cautiously until you are familiar with the sequence.
     

  • Allow your body to warm up and BREATHE.
     

  • Please consult with your physician BEFORE YOU PRACTICE if you are experiencing any pain with movement, if you are recovering from an injury, or are currently managing a condition.

 

MASSAGE

  • Please practice on your partners carefully and with compassion.
     

  • Take care to avoid giving or receiving massage if you are exhibiting any flu or Covid-19 symptoms.
     

  • Refrain from giving or receiving a massage if you are experiencing any pain with movement, if you are recovering from an injury or are currently managing a condition.
     

  • It's a good idea to consult with your physician BEFORE YOU PRACTICE if you have any concerns.

Meet Hannah, our new yin-yoga instructor!

 

Hannah Mason is a somatic educator, yoga instructor and compassion warrior. After studying Dance and Psychology at Scripps College, she has spent the last 10 years diving further into the realms of bodymind + spirit, health, healing and transformation. Hannah is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 500 hours of training in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Aerial Yoga. She also trained with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen in BodyMind Centering, Anna Halprin in the Life/Art Process, and is a certified Herbalist through the California School of Herbal Studies. She offers private sessions, group classes, events, retreats and teacher trainings. Hannah is an advocate for empowering the individual to self-heal and a reminder of both the resilience and tenderness of the human experience.

Hannah's classes are deeply rejuvenating and perfect for all-levels.
