HELPFUL REMINDERS FOR PRACTICING YOGA & MASSAGE

YOGA

  • Practice slowly and cautiously until you are familiar with the sequence.
     

  • Allow your body to warm up and BREATHE.
     

  • Please consult with your physician BEFORE YOU PRACTICE if you are experiencing any pain with movement, if you are recovering from an injury, or are currently managing a condition.

 

MASSAGE

  • Please practice on your partners carefully and with compassion.
     

  • Take care to avoid giving or receiving massage if you are exhibiting any flu or Covid-19 symptoms.
     

  • Refrain from giving or receiving a massage if you are experiencing any pain with movement, if you are recovering from an injury or are currently managing a condition.
     

  • It's a good idea to consult with your physician BEFORE YOU PRACTICE if you have any concerns.
